Oh hello Victoria

Last weekend my boyfriend and I ferried over to Vancouver Island and stayed in Victoria for a night. Despite being a bit sick with a cold, we went to check out some of the breweries, restaurants, and shops. We also stayed at a cute place a little out of downtown called the English Inn.

It's Taco Tuesday. For dinner the Brummie and I had tacos with slow-cooked chicken/pork, zuchinni/mushrooms, loads of lettuce & cilantro, and also some yam fries on the side. Shandies to help it all go down. Mmm, I want another round...

Oh hello new year

It's been a long time since my last post. But since its a new year, I will attempt to do more postings this time around...but no promises.

Oh hello Spring

Simply cannot believe it's already April. Things at the moment are a little insane and I've turned into a bit of a workaholic. I'm excited for the next few weeks to continue to fly by so that I can hopefully finally be spending some time with the Brummy.
